Anyone who has experienced the Maine Coast in summer has seen and heard the lobster boats going in and out of the harbor. These small, iconic lobster shacks dot the coastline. The lobsterman bring their catch into the harbor. They may sell the catch at the dock, or they may store their haul in traps that they drop back into the sea at the home base.
